Military spouses, military family members and retired military personnel are another source of potential employees for local manufacturers. The JobShop program was developed to share profiles of both jobs and jobseekers, when either party is interested in a profile; they simply click on the corresponding JobShop Number where a quick email can be sent to the Employment Office. From there contacts can be made.
