If you are a manufacturer located in Hastings County, Lennox & Addington County, Northumberland County or Prince Edward County then you can access the services of the MRC.
If you are interested in locating in this area the MRC, working in conjunction with local Economic Development officials, can help identify applicable funding programs that may assist you in making your decision.

The MRC is available to help your company with a multitude of things including:

• help with identifying applicable government funding programs and assistance with completing the necessary applications
• making connections with other manufacturers
• investigating answers to those questions you don’t have the time or resources to find answers for

Manufacturers identified a need for a centralized manufacturing support office to assist them with value added services and activities not readily available on a regional basis. The MRC was developed in response to a plan developed by local manufacturers.

Generally a manufacturer is considered to be an “entity that makes a good through a process involving raw materials, components, or assemblies, usually on a large scale with different operations divided among different workers.”
